RENU INTERNET CONNECTION

Research in Education Network of Uganda (RENU) has entered into an agreement with the school were for the first year the school will have free internet access. The for second year and third year there shall be cost sharing. According to the headteacher Mr. Okumu Jimmy the internet will promote research for both teachers and staff. This will help in the implementation of the competency based curriculum which is learner's centered.
RENU has connected over 800 schools/institutions/universities allover the country.

The students loading into the school truck heading to Koch Ongako were the after-school football championship for Omoro District will take place. According to Mr. Okello Ocira there will be screening of players today's evening then tomorrow in the morning real football matches shall kick off.He further said last year both boys and girls performed very well and he believes that this year they'll emerge the winner.  Senior Four Candidates of 2024 attending Biology Virtual Seminar organized by MoES and under HeLP program. The school has been participating in the program since year 2023 and it has helped our candidates of last year to perform very well. About 60 students attended today's session though we still have challenges of resources for accessing the internet.
